NP Makridis Architects was established in 1973 in Famagusta and continued its operation in 1978 in Larnaca. During this time we have carried out architectural studies of private homes, apartment blocks, residential complexes, residential and tourist apartments, hotels, offices, shops and restaurants.
Our team consists of experienced architects, designers and civil engineers, who always aim to achieve the best possible result with respect and dedication to our customers.
Our office undertakes to create your own space, personal or professional, with criteria of functionality, aesthetics, energy efficiency, taking into account your financial budget. Our collaboration with scholars of all specialties provides complete services, including architectural design, static and electrical studies, the completion of all procedures for the issuance of necessary permits and the complete supervision of the construction. In addition, we provide solutions for the layout of your interior. We also undertake renovations of premises, internal and external.

Nikos Makridis was born in Nicosia.

He studied Architecture at the Ion Mincu University in Bucharest and graduated in 2004.

He has been a member of the ETEK since 2005.

Since 2004 he has been working as an architect at Makridis Architects and since then he has been involved in the design of private dwellings, apartment buildings, residential complexes, tourist apartments, hotels, offices, shops and restaurants, in the supervision of construction, as well as in the interior design.
